Change Management is a discipline that guides how we prepare, equip, and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive the organization's success and outcomes. Just like what everyone says, there's nothing permanent in this world except change. Ironic? Ironic.


Decades of research shows there are actions that we can take to influence people in their individual transitions. We should learn how to embrace the new way without totally forgetting the old way. Because somehow, the things that we were able to do in the past are also the things that motivated us to make innovations for the future.


Change management provides a structured approach for supporting the individuals in an organization to move from their own current states to their own future states. Change needs to be seen in a positive perspective. This could help individuals to become better employees in their chosen field.
