her duties with ease and get along well with the other staffs.

The laboratory manager should have talent and knowledge on her line of work. Laboratory managers are natural leaders and this characteristic is an inborn people skill. They are born organizers and they give exact attention to detail. These people should be able to deal with both people and things.


The laboratory manager as a servant




















The laboratory manager should be the supporter of the staffs to ensure the proper functioning of the organization. She should provide means for the staffs to meet theneeds of their patients and customers. Being the servant, the manager serves as the middle man and the voice of the staffs.

The laboratory manager as a representative


















The laboratory manager should represent those that they supervise, the laboratory staffs. They serve as the paid representative of the owners or board of directors.
